About

About Objective: Design and develop Screen2Save, a bespoke digital activation system to increase participation in Australia's National Bowel Cancer Screening Program (NBCSP) among working-age adults aged 45–74 in Queensland. Target Audience: Working-age Queenslanders, particularly adults aged 45–74, engaged through employer-led channels and workplace wellness programs. Strategies: - Design a gamified, interactive learning experience built around 3 distinct user personas — delivered in under 5 minutes. - Develop personalised user journeys based on behavioural insights and social listening data. - Create the #BowelCancerChallenge, a social movement to drive organic sharing and community participation. - Build a scalable omnichannel platform combining UX design, behavioural science, and digital activation. - Design responsive web and mobile experiences aligned with Queensland Health's accessibility and brand standards. Expected Outcomes: - Increase bowel cancer screening participation rates across Queensland. - Drive employer-led engagement through workplace wellness programs. - Scale awareness organically through social sharing and peer advocacy. - Move users from awareness to prevention in under 5 minutes. Results: - Surpassed OKRs by 200% in the first month. - Achieved 70% course completion rates. - Over 20% of traffic driven by organic sources. - Campaign continues to grow beyond initial projections.
